“Hi, my Name is Will and I am the leading trainer at Duty2Health. I initially gained my teaching experience as a physical training instructor in the Household Cavalry within the British Army. I trained thousands of soldiers and recruits ensuring they received effective and quality training to carry out their many roles within the military.”

Duty 2 Health recognises all abilities and we design personal training programs that is specific to your needs and to your goals. 

Duty 2 Health One 2 One training is a fast effective route to smashing your fitness goals, and this is how it works!

Firstly you will receive a free no obligation consultation. This enables the instructor to listen to your aims and your goals and discuss progressive methods on how to achieve them. It also gives you a chance to meet your Personal Trainer and ask any questions and raise any concerns.

The next step is your personal fitness assessment. We need to place you at the correct level of ability within your personal training program. This allows you to progress from the appropriate level promoting faster gains through effective training.

Your program will change according to your level of progress. Careful analysis of your achievements are made to promote faster results ensuring there are no plateau periods.
